Baileys Irish Cream

Bailey's Irish Cream first made it's public appearance in 1974 and has become a very popular liqueur both to be sipped alone and as a mixer. Each bottle of Bailey's is 50% fresh cream and has been combined with a triple distilled Irish Whiskey. This liqueur requires a little special care. Since the only preservative in Bailey's is the whiskey it only has a shelf life of six months after opening and must be kept cool. Be sure to maintain a certain temperature with this or it will coddle.
