Returns & Exchanges

At Buy Wines and Spirits Online, we strive for complete satisfaction with every bottle; however, if your order is damaged or incorrect, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that due to legal restrictions, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles or alcohol that has been tampered with.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure the Packaging

  Place the unopened bottles back into their original protective shipping containers, ensuring they are safely padded to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement bottles within 3-5 business days.
